Dr. Xiangping Jia, senior research fellow of CCAP, was granted the 41st Scientific Research Foundation (SRF) for the Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars (ROCS), State Education Ministry of China (SEM). The research is to investigate the impacts of the melamine milk scandal on dairy production and the coordination of dairy supply chain in China.
