Research Progress of CCICED Task force on Strategies and Policies for Environment and Development in Western China got praised on the 3rd Secretariat Meeting

The 3rd Secretariat meeting was held on July 24th in Beijing. Prof. Shen Guofang and Dr Hanson, CCICED Chief Advisors, co-chaired the meeting. Ms. Fang Li, Assistant Secretary General of CCICED, and relevant task force members attended the meeting.Prof. Deng Xiangzheng, from Center for Chinese Agricultural Policy, presented the research progress and working plan for the task force on Strategies and Policies for Environment and Development in Western China. The research achievements got praised from both the CCICED Chief Advisors and the participants. With regards to challenges facing the current research, chief advisors and invited specialists have put forward a couple of feasible solutions. The deadline of submitting the final report has also been discussed and fixed during the meeting.
